Turn your CGM data into meal scores

Here is what to do if you’d like me to run your CGM data through the software I wrote, to create individual meal response graphs like these ones: (also see this longer blog post on all the things it helped me discover)

Email the following things to: inchjessie (at) gmail.com

    1. What you ate during a day, in this format:
      7:30, eggs and toast
      12:10, chicken sandwich for lunch
      14:50, latte and cookie
      18:52, hummus and carrots
      19:20, pad thai and broccoli
    2. A screenshot of your daily CGM graph, either from your phone or from a website – that doesn’t matter. Here is an example:
